Elite Properties’ staff and field crews have considerable experience in property maintenance and are able to process a large volume of properties in a timely and efficient manner.
Elite Properties is able to offer digital photo documentation of before, during and after work to our clients. We will eliminate any frustration or confusion that may be associated with REO properties.
Bryan is the main link with our crews and getting the jobs done. He does the scheduling for all of the preservation work and some of the minor repair work. He has been in the industry for over 30 years and knows how to get the job done. He prides himself on going above and beyond on clients jobs – even if it’s just a yard clean up. He has always been the advocate for our clients and wants to make sure every job is done correctly. He is more than willing to pull up his shirt sleeves and pour concrete, help at debris removal, or just stop by at a job site to check that everyone is doing the job correctly. He and his wife, Conkesta, are the proud parents of two boys. Bryan is either at their meets and games or helping with coaching the boys.
Todd deals with the business side of Elite Properties. He makes sure we have all of our important documents and business affairs in place. In addition, he deals with the rehab side of things. He has a great eye for envisioning your new kitchen or picking a color for your roof. He has a large personality and is always fun to socialize with and meet with new clients. He is always working on looking for new ways to expand our company and staying up to date with trends. Todd is and avid hunter, golfer and sports man. He and his wife Kristen, have been very involved with their children’s sports and activities. He is the father of 2 boys and 1 girl. He even allows two cats in the house.
Rehab Project Manager/General Contractor
Rick does all of the scheduling for the repairs, including scheduling subcontractors, ordering of supplies for the jobs or making sure jobs are on time. He meets with individual homeowners or investors to make sure everything is bid correctly. He knows the ins and outs of repairs; and can curtail problems that may arise. Rick and his wife Danielle, are the proud parents of a daughter and two twin boys. They keep Rick busy with sports and activities. Rick never slows down, he is always up for an adventure.
Michael has been with the company since 2014. He works hand and hand with homeowners, banks, real estate investors, and realtors in order to bring homes up to market value through rehab and remodeling by estimating work that needs to be performed in order to reach a satisfying goal. He also preforms bids and estimates, as well as oversee job-sites in progress preforming project management in order to complete jobs in a timely manner.
Chris has been in the industry for more than 30 years. He meets with individual home owners or insurance adjusters for remediation losses. He can handle almost anything that happens in a loss. Chris and his wife Sara are the proud parents of 3 children who keep them both very busy. He enjoys spending all of his free time with his 3 children and wife.
Linda has been with the company from the beginning. She is the office manager and oversees all the office staff, does payroll, is our HR department, and handles all of the bookkeeping. She is the “mom” to all that work at Elite. In her personal life she is a wife of 38 years, mother of two, and grandmother (GaGa) of two. She has two dysfunctional yellow lab dogs, Jack and Sam, that she adores. When not working or being with her family, her nose is in a book reading. According to her bosses, she never gets to retire.
Erica has been with the company since 2007, she works in conjunction with Bryan to manage the REO/Foreclosure division of Elite. Scheduling for lock changes, evictions, debris removal, winterizations, and all things maintaining a property in foreclosure. She’s responsible for making sure client expectations are met on the job-site and during processing. When she’s not at Elite, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting jewelry, camping/hiking, and volunteering.
Colleen has been with the company since 2011. She is the Routine Maintenance Coordinator that maintains the grass cuts, maid services, and inspections. She also assists on the property preservation side and prepares bids when needed. Colleen runs our social media accounts and works beside the guys to make sure everything is updated. She is an avid Cardinals fan and loves to spend time with her family, friends, and fur babies.
